Sending multiple emails will result in disqualification. • Do not retype or redraft the official quotation forms; any alterations must be initialed. • Complete all questions on the forms. If a question is not applicable, write "N/A". Leaving blanks will invalidate your quote. • Ensure all pages are present and correctly numbered. • The quotation must be signed by an authorised representative (complete the 'Authority to Sign a Bid' form). • Attach all required certificates and documentation, including CSD registration report and B-BBEE verification certificate or sworn affidavit. • Your business must be registered on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) by the closing time. Failure to be registered will result in disqualification during evaluation.

Collect bid documents from SCM unit (Ndwedwe Local Municipality Offices, P100 Road, Lot 47-48) from 18 May 2026, 08H00-14H00, after paying R500.00 non-refundable fee.
