Required documents to submit with your quotation: National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration report, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (to claim specific goals), SBD 4 Bidders Disclosure Form, and SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form in terms of the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022.

Submit bids by 30 June 2026 at 11h00 to the City Power Tender Advice Centre, 40 Heronmere Road, Reuven, Johannesburg. The bid box is open 24/7. Late bids will not be accepted. Submit one original plus two copies and a soft copy on a memory stick. Use official forms (MBD 1, MBD 3.1, MBD 3.2, MBD 4, MBD 5, MBD 6.1, MBD 6.2, MBD 7.1, MBD 8, MBD 9) without re-typing. Seal packages as 'ORIGINAL' and 'COPY' with tender number (2634S) and bidder details. No two-envelope system. No fax or email submissions. Ensure all returnable documents are completed and signed. Failure to submit required documents may disqualify the bid. Tender validity period is 120 days from closing date.
