Failure to submit these may lead to disqualification: - valid SARS tax compliance status (for consortia/jv, each party must submit separately). - Valid b-bbee affidavit or certificate. - Csd summary report or csd supplier number. - Part 3: proposal form (completed). - Part 4: signing power – resolution of board of directors. - Part 5: certificate of acquaintance with RFP documents. - Part 6: certificate of acquaintance with scope of work. - Part 7: breach of law form. - Sbd 1: invitation to bid. - Sbd 4: bidder's disclosure. - Sbd 6.1: Preference points claim form. • The successful bidder must keep all returnable documents (e.g., Tax status) valid for the duration of the contract. • After the closing date, you may only communicate with the procurement department regarding this RFP. • any attempt to canvass cef officials between closing and award will lead to disqualification. • Collusion between bidders will lead to automatic disqualification and future restriction.
