Required forms: SBD 1 (Invitation to Quotation), SBD 3 (Pricing Schedule β Firm Prices), SBD 4 (Bidderβs Disclosure), SBD 7 (Contract Form), and CSD registration forms (Sections B and C). All pages must be initialed; no re-typing or correcting fluid allowed. Bids must be complete and submitted on official forms. Failure to comply with submission rules or administrative compliance (CSD registration, tax compliance) will result in immediate disqualification.
Submit by 11h00 on 10 June 2026: - Use official forms only (SBD 1, SBD 3.1, etc.). Do not re-type or alter forms; photocopies are allowed but must bear original signatures. - Each bid must be in a separate sealed envelope with the bidderβs name, address, bid number (ZNQP01/05/2026), and closing date clearly marked. - Deposit bids in the bid box at: 455A King Cetshwayo Highway (or Jan Smuts Highway), Mayville, 4090. - Submit a physical sample of the 15kg storage box (equivalent to the document warehouse standard) to the new help desk by 11h00 on the closing date. Failure to submit a sample will disqualify the bidder. - Do not include bids in packages containing samples. - Initial all pages of the bid document. Use of correcting fluid is prohibited; all alterations must be initialed. - Late, faxed, emailed, telephonic, or telegraphed submissions will not be accepted. - Bids will be opened in public as soon as practicable after the closing time.
