Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project number and description, delivered to the tender box at department of agriculture, office 45, first floor, indwe building, bhisho, 5605, by 11:00 on 07 september 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted on official forms, not retyped. All ecbd documents must be completed, signed in full, and witnessed; failure may result in elimination. Returnable forms include: sbd 1 (invitation to bid), sbd 4 (bidder's disclosure), sbd 7.1 (Contract form - purchase of goods/works), popi consent form, certificate of authority for signatory (part a) and for joint ventures (part b) with signed joint venture agreement. Also required: company profile, skills transfer plan, references, cvs with certified qualifications, certified copy of professional body registration, proof of address (municipal account or lease agreement), and response to each element of the evaluation matrix. Bidders must indicate the district(s) they wish to serve by ticking with x.
