Deposit in the Bid/Tender Box at the reception area of Amatola House, 6 Lancaster Road, Vincent, East London by 11 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. No emailed, electronic, or late submissions accepted. Required returnable documents: SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid), SBD 3.1 (Pricing Schedule – Firm Prices), SBD 3.2 (Pricing Schedule – Non-Firm Prices), SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form), Form A (Authority to Sign), Form B (Schedule of Previous Similar Contracts), and Forms B1, B2, B3 (Reference Confirmations). All forms must be completed in non-erasable ink, signed, and stamped where applicable. Alterations must be initialed. Joint ventures/consortia must submit a signed agreement (with managing member, signatory authority, profit-sharing, banking details, and Commissioner of Oaths certification), individual tax compliance certificates, and combined CSD numbers. Bids remain valid for 90 days from closing date. Failure to comply with submission rules (e.g., unsigned forms, missing documents, electronic submissions) will disqualify the bid.
