• Submit bid documents in the tender box at MMSEZ Offices, 93 Biccard Street, Polokwane, 0699, by 11:00 on 08 July 2026. Late bids will not be accepted. • Use only the official forms provided; do not retype. Complete all documents in black ink. Corrections must be lined through and initialled; use of pencil, erasable ink, or correction fluid will disqualify. • The bid must include the entire tender document, all returnable schedules, and the following completed and signed documents: - Bidder’s Disclosure (SBD4). - Bid Data. - Part C: Pricing Data & Form of Offer. - Part D: Contract Data. - A CSD Registration Report (printout not older than 30 days) showing VAT, tax compliance, and company registration, or your CSD reference number (MAAA...). For joint ventures/consortiums, each member must provide their own. - A board resolution authorising the signatory to act for the bidding company. For joint ventures/consortiums, each partner company must provide a board resolution. - Joint Venture/Consortium Agreement and Power of Attorney (if applicable). - Proof of Professional Indemnity (PI) Insurance. - Certified copies of qualifications/registration with relevant South African Built Environment Professional Organisation(s). - Completion Certificates or reference letters for at least five projects with a minimum professional fee value of R5 million (incl. VAT) each, showing contact details, completion dates, and fee value. • Bids are valid for 180 days after the closing date.
