Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the central supplier database (csd) or as specified in the tender document. Bids must be submitted before the closing date and time. Late bids will not be accepted. Bidders must ensure all mandatory documents are included.

Submit a sealed envelope endorsed with the bid number, bid description and closing date, deposited in the bid box at the department of public works & infrastructure, ground floor, old cpa building, NO. 1 creamery road, kings park, komani, 5320, not later than 11:00 on 22 september 2026. Bids must be on official forms (not re-typed), in original plus the stated number of copies, signed where required, with all alterations initialled. NO electronic, telephonic, telegraphic, telex, facsimile or e-mailed bids accepted; late bids returned unopened. Returnable documents include: sbd 1, sbd 4, sbd 6.1, Compulsory enterprise questionnaire, form of offer, complete priced bill of quantities with final summary, csd report, CIDB grading certificate or crs number, proof of saqcc registration, letter of good standing from compensation fund or licensed insurer, details of project team with cvs and proof of registration, schedule of plant and equipment, record of projects and at least 3 project references, and protection of personal content consent. Failure to submit any required document or to complete the form of offer (including the bid sum in words) renders the bid non-responsive.

Bidders must submit their tenders electronically through the TRANSNET e-tender submission portal. The portal can be accessed at https://transnetetenders.azurewebsites.net. Bidders are required to register their information and log their intent to respond to bids before uploading their bid proposals. The closing time for submission of tender offers is 16:00pm on 28 august 2026. NO late tenders will be accepted.

- Submit a completed quotation with pricing for all items listed in the pricing schedule. - Attend the compulsory site briefing (date/time/venue to be confirmed) to discuss pipe sizes for connecting the irrigation systems. - Ensure all technical specifications are met, including materials and installation methods. - The document does not specify a submission address or required forms beyond the pricing schedule. - Failure to comply with specifications may lead to disqualification.

Failure to do so may result in disqualification. - Submit your quotation on official letterhead, duly signed. - Indicate the validity period of your quotation. - State the delivery date in your quotation. - Clearly state the warranty period and extent for the goods quoted. - If services are required, submit documentation of relevant experience. - The arc reserves the right to do due diligence on quotations and to benchmark prices quoted. - The arc may require you to substantiate any preference claims at any time. - Ensure you are not listed on the register for tender defaulters or the list of restricted suppliers.

Returnable documents: 3.2.1.1.4 Key personnel, in order to be declared responsive, the tenderer must have the following key personnel in its, must be attached to the schedule titled key personnel, part t2.2: Returnable schedules., Unless otherwise indicated below different individuals must be identified for each of the key personnel, listed below and the schedule titled key personnel must be clearly indicative of the requirement, experience durations, qualifications, professional registration details, etc.
