• Submit your bid by 12:00 on Friday, 31 July 2026. • Deliver to the Bid Box at Municipal Offices, 10 Connor Street, Port Shepstone, 4240. • Use the official tender forms provided – do not retype. • Submit one (1) copy of the bid document together with the original. Failure to submit a copy will result in disqualification. • Fully completed bid documents must be in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the tender name and bid number. • Bids submitted late, incomplete, unsigned, by facsimile, electronically, or not completed in black ink will be rejected. • Bids must be valid for 120 days. • Initial each page of the tender submission (excluding attachments). • The municipality reserves the right to inspect business premises.

• Submission is electronic via the Transnet system; refer to Section 1 of the RFP document for navigation steps. • Late tenders will not be accepted. • Ensure all mandatory returnable schedules are completed and signed by an authorized respondent. • Failure to provide a fixed and firm price will result in disqualification. • Incomplete pricing schedules on the system will lead to disqualification.
