For joint ventures/consortiums, each partner company must provide a board resolution. - Joint Venture/Consortium Agreement and Power of Attorney (if applicable). - Proof of Professional Indemnity (PI) Insurance. - Certified copies of qualifications/registration with relevant South African Built Environment Professional Organisation(s). - Completion Certificates or reference letters for at least five projects with a minimum professional fee value of R5 million (incl. VAT) each, showing contact details, completion dates, and fee value. • Bids are valid for 180 days after the closing date.

• Submit tender electronically via Eskom E-tendering site on the Eskom Tender Bulletin by the closing date and time (10 July 2026 at 10:00 SAST). No paper submissions are accepted for e-tendering. • Finalise and submit the tender before the deadline. The system will block changes or submissions after the closing time. • Upload all documents into the correct folders (Technical, Commercial, Financial) as indicated on the e-tendering page. • Ensure all documents are accessible, not corrupt, and readable for evaluation. Corrupt or unreadable files may disqualify your tender. • Tenders must be in English. Written tenders must be completed in ink, not pencil. • Sign the tender electronically. The signatory is liable for the tender’s contents. • Tender validity period: 12 weeks from the closing date. Eskom may request an extension; refusal to extend will exclude your tender. • Attend the non-compulsory clarification meeting (22 June 2026, 10:00, MS Teams) and the compulsory site walk (23 June 2026, 10:00, Duvha Power Station). Failure to attend the site walk will disqualify your tender. For site access, email attendee names, company name, and vehicle registration to [email protected] by 22 June 2026 EOB. PPE is mandatory for site entry. • All communication must be in writing and addressed only to the Eskom Representative (Tebogo Seyama). Queries must allow reasonable time for Eskom’s response before the closing date. • Do not submit a tender if ineligible: under international sanctions, submitting multiple tenders individually, or if your joint venture agreement lacks joint and several liability. 100% sub-contracting of the scope is prohibited and will disqualify your tender. • Include all duties, taxes (including VAT), and levies applicable 14 days prior to the closing date in your rates and prices. • Prices must be fixed for the contract duration and stated in South African Rand, unless otherwise instructed. • Eskom will not compensate for any costs incurred in tender preparation or submission.

Bid documents are available after payment of a non-refundable deposit of R 1 500.00.
