For a hard copy, pay at the cashiers at the mossel bay municipality main building, 101 marsh street (lower ground floor, seaside) or by eft (banking details from [email protected]), Then present proof of payment when collecting from the supply chain management offices. - Submit: sealed envelope placed in the tender box at the entrance of the mossel bay town hall, 101 marsh street, mossel bay, or posted to reach the tender box, mossel bay municipality, before the closing date and time. - Endorse the envelope clearly with the tender number, title, and closing date. - Late tenders, or tenders submitted by e-mail or fax, will not be accepted under any circumstances. - Bids will be opened in public just after 12h00 on the closing date. - Bidders not yet registered on the central supplier database must register without delay; the municipality may not award to unregistered bidders. - The municipality may withdraw, re-advertise, reject, or accept part of any tender, and is not bound to accept the lowest or highest-scoring bid.
