• Submissions must be made electronically only — NO hard copy, faxed, or emailed submissions will be accepted. • Tender documents are available for download from the purco SA website (www.purcosa.co.za) After payment of a non-refundable fee of r1,150.00 (VAT included). • Documents become available for download from 19 july 2026. • To download: visit www.purcosa.co.za, Click on the required RFP in the tenders and RFP block, click 'pay now', and the document will be available immediately after payment. • Late tenders will be disqualified from the bidding process. • Correspondence will be limited to short-listed tenderers only.

• Submit online via the designated etender portal. • Closing date: 07 july 2026 at 11:00 south african standard time. • Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted. • Submissions must be in pdf format, protected from modifications. • Financial/pricing information must be in a separate attachment from technical/functional response. • Clearly mark submission with bidder's name, tender number (RFQ2026-007-002) and tender title. • Submit at least 30 minutes before closing to avoid transmission delays. • File size must not exceed 30mb. • Mandatory returnable documents include: standard bidding documents (sbd1, sbd 6.1), Signed popia consent form, csd report with tax compliant status, and b-bbee certificate/affidavit. • Pre-qualification mandatory documents: signed joint venture agreement (if applicable), fully completed sbd4 declaration of interest, and fully completed NLC price schedule. • Do not make any news releases about this RFQ without the commission's consent. • Bidders found colluding will be disqualified and restricted from doing business with organs of state.
