- Must comply with all mandatory technical criteria (pass/fail), including specific qualifications for site supervisor, condition monitoring analysts, technical officials, and laser alignment technician. - Minimum 5 years proven experience in condition monitoring services, with signed reference letters. - Qualitative evaluation requires a minimum 80% score across method statement (40%), planning & resource allocation (40%), referral letters (10%), and risk management plan (10%). - Must adhere to eskom’s condition monitoring standards and provide regular technical reports. - Valid health, safety, and environmental (hse) management system policy and plan are mandatory. - Use of employer-provided handheld equipment for all monitoring activities. - Overall technical evaluation threshold is 80% weighted final score.
