Seal bids in a separate envelope marked with bid number (OHSC/01/MAY/2026), bidder name, and closing date. Each bid must be standalone—no mixing with other bids or samples. Alterations must be initialed; correcting fluid is prohibited. Bids will be opened in public as soon as practicable after closing time. Prices may be made public at opening. No bids will be accepted after the deadline, and proof of posting is not accepted as proof of delivery.
