• Submit one original and two hard copies of the bid document, plus one original financial offer in a separate sealed envelope. • Use the two-envelope system: one envelope for bid documents and supporting documents, clearly marked with bid number and project name; a separate envelope for the financial offer (Pricing Schedule and Form of Offer and Acceptance), clearly marked with bid number and 'Financial Offer'. • Deliver bids to the bid box at SANSA Space Operations office reception, Farm 502 JQ, Hartebeesthoek, West Rand District, Gauteng, during working hours (08h00-16h00). Do not deliver to any other SANSA office. • Sign the submission register at reception when delivering your bid. • Closing date is 01 July 2026 at 11h00. Late bids will not be accepted. • Bids must be submitted on the original forms provided; do not retype or convert from PDF. • Failure to submit required documents by the closing date and time leads to automatic disqualification. • Bid documents are free and available from the SANSA website and National Treasury e-tender portal from 09h00 on 28 May 2026. • Telegraphic, telephonic, fax, and email submissions are not accepted.

The closing date and time is 5 June 2026 at 11:00 am — no late submissions will be accepted. You must include the following mandatory returnable documents with your quotation: National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration report; a valid B-BBEE certificate or Sworn Affidavit (to claim specific goals); SBD 4 Bidders Disclosure Form; SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form. Failure to submit these documents may lead to disqualification. It is your responsibility to ensure your quotation is received on time by SABS.
