Obp reserves the right to cancel or re-advertise the RFQ. if NO response is received within 14 days of the closing date, the RFQ was unsuccessful. Compulsory returnable documents: sbd4 bidder’s disclosure (fully completed, signed, and submitted). Failure to submit any compulsory document will result in immediate disqualification.
