Quotations sent to any other address will not be considered. - Use the reference number rfq/nrf-saasta 65/2026/2027 in all correspondence. - Ensure your quotation is received before the closing date and time (20 august 2026, 11:00 AM). late submissions will not be accepted. - Complete and sign all annexures to this document, including sbd 1, sbd 4, and sbd 6.1 Forms. - Provide a valid tax clearance certificate or csd number (e.g., Maaa...). - Provide an original certified sanas-accredited b-bbee certificate or sworn affidavit to claim specific goals. - Include your correct banking details on the quotation; they must match csd verification. - Do not deliver goods or services before receiving an official nrf-saasta award letter or purchase order. - If you do not receive a signed purchase order within 14 days after the closing date, consider your quotation unsuccessful. - Failure to submit all mandatory documents (annexure d) will render your bid non-responsive and IT will not proceed to evaluation. - Do not offer any gifts, hospitality, or benefits to nrf-saasta officials.

Missing any will disqualify you. • Mandatory documents: signed sbd 1, completed sbd 3.1 (Pricing schedule), completed sbd 4, completed sbd 6.1, CIDB grading of gb 1 or higher, valid coida proof, signed company she policy, company profile with 3+ years' relevant experience, proof of registration as a civil construction contractor, three reference letters for similar projects (since 2019), cvs of key staff and supervisors, insurance cover of at least r2 million for public/product/professional liability. • Prices must be firm and valid for 60 days from the closing date. • Use the attached pricing schedule file: saao container slabs pricing list01a.pdf. • NO pre-payment allowed. Payment terms: 30 days after invoice receipt and delivery.

The following returnable documents are mandatory and must be completed and signed: sbd 4 (bidder's disclosure), sbd 6.1 (Preference points claim) with b-bbee certificate or sworn affidavit, csd summary report, valid sanas accreditation certificate, sanas scope of accreditation showing photometry/illuminance calibration capability, company profile with evidence of relevant calibration experience, and at least one sample calibration certificate for a lux meter calibration. Failure to submit any mandatory document will render the bid non-responsive. Changes to the RFQ template after closing will not be considered.

• Must provide water quality monitoring services including groundwater and potable water sampling • must perform laboratory analysis for macro-chemical and microbiological parameters • must cover sarao's karoo sites and accommodation facilities for a two-year period
