Proposed connectivity must be a fixed-site business service, uncapped, unlimited, and not throttled, with a minimum committed bandwidth and a description of the access technology and last-mile solution. Pricing must be in south african rand, inclusive of all taxes and delivery, and must separate once-off, monthly recurring, optional charges, and contract escalation assumptions. Disqualification: any mandatory returnable document missing or unsigned; submission after closing time; failure to meet any eligibility criterion (go/no-go).
