• Submit all required returnable documents listed in the tender (see section 2.4). • Mandatory documents: fully signed pricing schedule (sbd 3.3), Declaration of interest & pep form, sbd 4 bidder’s disclosure form, sbd 6.1 Preference points claim form, confidentiality agreement, b‑b‑bee certificate/scorecard or affidavit, disability medical certificate (if claiming disability preference), tax pin confirmation, certificate of incorporation, central supplier database (csd) report, VAT questionnaire and acsa terms & conditions. • Any missing mandatory document will result in disqualification. • Other documents may be requested after the closing date; failure to provide them at the required stage can also lead to disqualification. • Ensure all documents are signed, dated and submitted by the closing date 15 january 2026 12:00 hrs.

Returnable documents: - mandatory returnable documents must be submitted; failure results in disqualification (e.g., Priced offer, declaration of interest form, bidder’s disclosure form, preference points claim form, confidentiality agreement, b‑bbee certificate, disability medical certificate, tax pin, certificate of incorporation, csd report, VAT questionnaire, acsa terms and conditions). - Acsa provides a tracking column for each mandatory document. - Other returnable documents are required at later stages; non‑submission at the relevant stage may lead to disqualification. - All submitted information must remain valid for the contract duration; updated documents must be provided promptly if any expire.
