Submission method: email to [email protected] Closing date and time: 01 october 2026 at 11:00 AM returnable documents (all must be completed, signed and submitted): - sbd 4 (bidder's disclosure): declares whether any director, shareholder or controlling person is employed by the state or connected to the procuring institution; false declarations disqualify the bid. - Sbd 6.1 (Preference points claim): claims specific goals points under the 80/20 system; incomplete claims forfeit points. - Sbd 6.2 (Declaration for local production and content): required only if the services are designated for local production; otherwise not applicable. - Company profile: management structure, years of experience in property/real estate and corporate finance, services offered. - At least three (3) consolidation approvals from any south african municipality, each with a supporting letter of reference or purchase order. - Certified copy of sacplan registration of the bidding company or principal. - Proof of residence: utility bill not older than three months, valid lease agreement with three utility bills, cipc registration showing physical address, title deed, or an official letter from the local councillor (not older than three months). - Confirmation of attendance at the briefing session (microsoft teams). - Cipc registration documents listing all directors/shareholders, with certified ID copies. - Valid tax compliance status (tcs) certificate with a unique pin from SARS, valid at closing date and time. - Valid sworn affidavit (eme) or original/certified b-bbee certificate (for non-eme/qse). Disqualification risks: - quoting not as per the specification. - Late submissions are not accepted under any circumstances. - Incomplete or unsigned returnable documents invalidate the quotation.
