Preference points (20 total): a) HDI Equity (5 for 100%, 4 for 50-99%, 3 for 25-49%). b) Female Ownership (5 for 100%, 4 for 50-99%, 3 for 25-49%). c) Local business promotion (3 for local municipality, 3 for district, 2 for province; proof via utility account/lease/rates statement). d) Management demographics (5 for 25% female, 3 for disability, 2 for youth; proof via certified IDs or sworn affidavit).
Supply, installation, and maintenance of a fleet management system/solution for a 36-month period. Scope includes all hardware, software, and services required for full operational deployment and ongoing support.
Mandatory documents: Company Proposal, CSD (Central Supplier Database) Report, CIPC Documents, Certified Identity Documents of all Directors, Valid Tax Clearance Certificate/PIN, Rates and Taxes Statement (or valid lease agreement) from the Local Municipality. Exempted area operators must submit an exemption letter from the Local Municipality. Tax compliance is the bidderβs responsibility.
