• Submit your quotation exclusively via the e-Tender Portal at https://www.etenders.gov.za/.

• Your quotation must be on your company letterhead and submitted as a PDF file (MS Word, Excel, or pictures are not allowed).
• Ensure your total quotation value includes all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, SDL). Failure to include taxes will lead to disqualification.
• You must include the following compulsory returnable documents: 1. Original valid Tax Clearance Certificate or valid SARS PIN. 2. A valid B-BBEE certificate or a sworn affidavit that is compliant with the B-BBEE Practice Guide (non-compliant affidavits will score zero). 3. Municipal rates and taxes statement not older than 90 days and not in arrears for more than 90 days. 4. Signed Declaration of Interest form (MBD 4). 5. Declaration of Bidder’s Past Supply Chain Management Practices (MBD 8). 6. Certificate of Independent Bid Determination (MBD 9). 7. Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration / MAAA Supplier Number. 8. Preference points claim form (MBD 6.1). 9. Company registration documents with ID copies of directors/shareholders.
• Also submit a copy of a valid lease agreement or municipal account statement (not older than 3 months).
• Ensure all attached MBD forms are duly completed and signed.
• Quotations without required brand names will not be accepted.

Suppliers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Must not be in the service of the state. Must not be blacklisted by National Treasury or any national authority. Must provide valid BBBEE certificate or compliant sworn affidavit for specific goals points (51%+ black owned SMME/EME/QSE). Must submit all mandatory returnable documents. Joint ventures require signed agreement. No bids accepted from persons in service of state or with directors convicted of fraud/corruption in past 5 years.

• Supply and deliver a new purchase of ManageEngine DataSecurity Plus Professional Edition - File Server Auditing.
• The requirement is for one perpetual license covering two file servers.
• No additional plugins are required.

• Only firm prices will be accepted. Non-firm prices (including those subject to exchange rate variations) will not be considered.
• A separate pricing schedule (MBD 3.1) must be submitted for each delivery point if pricing is influenced by different points.
• The bidder must declare if they owe any municipal rates, taxes, or charges that are in arrears for more than three months.
• The bidder must declare if any previous contract was terminated due to failure to perform or comply in the past five years.

• Only firm prices will be accepted. Non-firm prices (including prices subject to exchange rate variations) will not be considered.
• The total quotation value must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF contributions, skills development levies).
• All delivery costs must be included in the bid price for delivery at the prescribed destination.
• The bidder must complete the Pricing Schedule (MBD 3.1) with firm prices.
• The bidder must declare if they owe any municipal rates, taxes, or charges that are in arrears for more than three months.

• All suppliers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Submit a valid B-BBEE certificate or a compliant sworn affidavit.
• Submit an original valid Tax Clearance Certificate or valid SARS PIN.
• Submit company registration documents with ID copies of directors/shareholders.
• Submit proof of CSD registration / MAAA Supplier Number.
• No RFQ will be considered from persons in the service of the state.
• No bidder who is blacklisted by National Treasury or any National Authority due to non-performance will be considered.
• Ensure all attached MBD forms (MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9) are duly completed and signed.
• Submit a copy of a valid lease agreement or municipal account statement not older than 3 months and not in arrears for more than 90 days.

• The bidder must complete the Certificate of Independent Bid Determination (MBD 9).
• The bidder must specify brand, model, country of origin, and confirm if the offer complies with specifications.
• The bidder must indicate the period required for delivery and confirm if delivery is firm.
• All delivery costs must be included in the bid price.
• The bidder certifies that information is true and correct, and that preference points claimed are in accordance with the General Conditions.
• Fraudulent claims or failure to fulfil conditions may lead to disqualification, contract cancellation, cost recovery, restriction from doing business with the state, or criminal prosecution.

• The 80/20 preference point system applies for requirements with a Rand value up to R50 million.
• Points are awarded for: Price (80 points) and Specific Goals (20 points).
• The organ of state will use the lowest acceptable tender to determine the applicable system if it is unclear.
• Bidders must submit proof to claim points for Specific Goals.
