Scope: Water and sanitation upgrades at Sunshine Primary School, including repairs, renovations, alterations, external works, and construction of new ablutions.

Key Deliverables:

• Demolition and removal of existing pit toilets and septic tanks, including desludging (R35,000 allocated for safe disposal with certified proof).

• Community Liaison Officer (CLO): Contractor must engage and pay for a CLO (priced at twice the unskilled labour rate) to facilitate local labour sourcing and community relations.
• HIV/AIDS: Provide condom dispensers, awareness posters, and conduct awareness programmes for ≥90% of workers. Non-compliance may result in a 0.04% financial penalty of the contract sum.

Methodology:
