Submit the following returnable documents with your quotation: signed quotation form, CSD registration proof, valid tax compliance certificate, B-BBEE certificate, proof of active Microsoft CSP/LSP authorization, and track record evidence (e.g., signed reference letters or stamped delivery notes for similar Microsoft cloud deployments in the past 36 months). Failure to submit any required document will result in immediate disqualification.

Submit a sealed envelope containing the completed bid document and all supporting documents. Clearly mark the envelope with: the bid number (COM63/2026), full project description, and closing date. Submit in the tender box at Mbombela Civic Centre, 1 Nel Street, Mbombela, or P.O. Box 45, Mbombela, 1200. Bids must be submitted before 11:00 on 9 June 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bids received via telegram, facsimile, or email will not be considered.

Submit bids via the e-Submission (e-Tender) system in two parcels: Parcel A (Administrative & Mandatory: Volume 1A, Phase 1 & 2) and Parcel C (Price & Specific Goals: SBD 3.1 Pricing Schedule, SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form). Late bids will not be accepted. Use official forms provided—do not re-type. Include VAT Registration Number as a returnable document. Bids must remain valid for 60 days from submission. Failure to comply with submission format or deadlines will result in disqualification.

Submit bids by depositing documents into the bid box on the 12th floor Reception area, JCI Building, 28 Harrison Street, Johannesburg, 2001. Clearly endorse 'BID DOCUMENT' on the delivery note or courier packaging. The CCMA will not accept responsibility for delays if documents are handed to the CCMA Receptionist or officials. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Submit sealed bid in the tender box at Mbombela Civic Centre, 1 Nel Street, Mbombela, 1200. The envelope must be clearly marked with the bid number (COM64/2026), project description, and closing date. Required returnable documents: 1) Company registration certificate; 2) Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN; 3) Proof of company registration; 4) Certified copies of Business Director(s)’ ID documents (not older than 3 months, no copies of certified copies); 5) Full CSD registration report (not older than 30 days, summary reports rejected); 6) Valid municipal rates and taxes statement for business premises (or proof of residence from tribal authority/lease agreement with lessor’s up-to-date municipal statement); 7) Municipal rates and taxes statements for all directors (or proof of residence/lease agreements); 8) Certified copies of qualifications and IDs for key personnel (not older than 3 months). Ensure physical addresses on CSD match company registration. Non-compliance with any requirement risks immediate disqualification.

Submit the following by the tender closing date and time to avoid disqualification: Electronic copy of the tender in PDF format (price list in PDF and Excel). Required annexures: A (Authorisation Form), B (Acknowledgement Form), C (Tenderer’s Particulars), D (Integrity Pact Declaration Form), E (CPA for Local Goods/Services, if applicable), F (CPA(IG) for Imported Goods/Services, if applicable), G1-G4 (SBD 6.2 Declaration Certificate for Local Production and Content, if designated materials are included), H (SBD 1 Invitation to Bid), I (SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form), J (SBD 4 – Bidders Disclosure). Additional documents: Tax Clearance Certificate (if applicable), Tax Evaluation Questionnaire (if applicable), Proof of CSD Registration, and completed pricing schedule. For JVs: Submit a valid joint venture agreement, written confirmation of single business entity operation, and details of a designated bank account. Non-disqualifiable returnables may be requested within 5 working days if incomplete. Failure to submit required returnables after this period will result in disqualification. Submissions must not exceed 500MB per document or 4GB total.

Submit the following returnable documents before contract award: Final OHS Plan or Manual, all required SHE documentation (e.g., risk assessments, policies, compliance forms). Ensure all documents are up-to-date and aligned with Eskom’s SHEQ requirements. Non-compliance may result in disqualification.

Mandatory documents to submit: Signed and completed Procurement Invitation (SBD 1), SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claimed), signed Bid Submission Certificate, and Pricing Schedule (SBD 3.1). Optional: Valid B-BBEE certificate or Sworn Affidavit. Include 3 CVs with software development experience. Submit electronically via the designated email ([email protected]). Failure to provide mandatory documents will result in automatic disqualification.

Submit all required tender documents electronically via the Eskom eTendering system (https://eTendering.eskom.co.za). - Registration: Complete all fields on the system, ensure your contact number has a +27 prefix, and verify your email via the sent link. - Login: Use your verified email and password, then enter the OTP sent to your registered cellphone and email. - Submission process: - Select the tender reference number (e.g., E2786GXMPMAT), then click 'Create New Submission'. - Upload documents under the correct categories (Technical, Commercial, Finance, etc.): name the file, select the type, choose the file, and click 'Upload'. - Individual file size must not exceed 50MB; total submission size must not exceed 900MB. - Verify all required documents are uploaded before clicking 'Finalize Submission'. - Confirm submission via the pop-up message, then click 'Finalise and Close Submission'. - Save the confirmation email with your submission ID for future reference. - Required returnable documents: Technical, Commercial, and Finance files.

Submit fully completed bid documents and all required supporting documents in a sealed envelope. Clearly mark the envelope with the bid number (COM154/2025), full project description, and closing date. Deliver to the tender box at Mbombela Civic Centre, 1 Nel Street, Mbombela. Bids must be submitted before 11:00 on 17 June 2026. Late submissions, telegrams, faxes, or emails will not be accepted or considered.

Required documents include: ID documents of all equity owners (or directors with equity ownership for companies), company registration forms, certified copy of director(s) municipal account(s), registration with professional body (if applicable), samples (if applicable), all relevant sections of the tender document completed and signed with all pages initialled by an authorized signatory, proof that the signatory is authorized to enter into a contract with Saldanha Bay Municipality, original or originally certified copy of a valid SANAS-approved B-BBEE certificate or valid B-BBEE affidavit, proof for claiming locality points (as per MBD 6.1), and proof of tax-compliant status on CSD. Submit to: Tender Box, Ground Floor, Investment Centre, 15 Main Road, Vredenburg. Any attempt to influence the evaluation process may result in rejection of the bid.

Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the day after closing. Do not contact SANParks staff other than the designated officials for queries. Bid forms must not be retyped or altered; photocopies are acceptable. Amendments to bid conditions or counter conditions will invalidate the bid.

Required documents: 1) Original valid Tax Clearance (compulsory), 2) Signed Declaration of Interest (MBD 4, compulsory), 3) Declaration of Bidder’s Past Practices (MBD 8, compulsory), 4) Proposal Determination (MBD 9), 5) Proof of CSD registration/MAAA (compulsory), 6) Company registration documents (compulsory), 7) Pricing schedule with firm prices. Quotations must be on company letterhead, in PDF format (Word/Excel/pictures not allowed). Late submissions will be rejected. Joint Venture Agreements (if applicable) must be signed by all parties.

Submit via the E-tender Portal (https://www.etenders.gov.za/). Steps: 1) Search for Johannesburg Water or RFQ reference number, 2) Expand tender details, 3) Start e-submission, 4) Log in with CSD credentials (contact [email protected] if forgotten), 5) Select supplier, 6) Check submission checklist and attach compulsory documents. Compulsory documents: Original valid Tax Clearance, Signed Declaration of Interest (MBD 4), Declaration of Bidder’s Past Practices (MBD 8), Proposal Determination (MBD 9), Proof of CSD registration, Company registration. Quotations must be on company letterhead, include brand names, and total value must be inclusive of all taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, SDL).
