• Submit your bid by the closing date and time: Friday, 26 June 2026 at 11:00. Late bids will not be considered. • Bids must be delivered to the bid box at South Cape TVET College Central Office Building, Ground Floor, 125 Mitchell Street, George, or emailed to [email protected]. • You must use the official bid forms provided; do not retype them. • The bid must include a fully completed Price Declaration Form (Section 5) with your total all-inclusive price in Rand, including VAT and delivery. • You must submit the following compulsory documents with your bid; failure to include them may result in disqualification: - Company registration documents (CIPC). - Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs & QSEs). - Latest municipal account or valid lease agreement. - Original tax clearance certificate or printed certificate with PIN. - CSD registration number. - Completed SBD forms (SBD 1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9). - Declaration of Interest (SBD 4). - Completed checklist of documents. • The bidder must sign the bid and provide proof of authority to sign (e.g., company resolution). • The successful bidder will be required to sign a written contract (SBD 7). • Your offer must remain valid for acceptance for 60 days from the submission date.

Submit bids in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender number. Deposit into Tender Box 1 at the foyer of the Civic Centre, Berg River Boulevard, Paarl. Submissions via telegraph, telephone, telex, facsimile, or email are not accepted. Bids must remain valid for 120 days after the closing date.
