Changes to the RFQ template or its terms after the closing date/time will not be considered. Failure to provide mandatory documents may result in disqualification. Delivery must occur within 4 weeks after official purchase order communication. All quoted items must be new, genuine OEM products, and fit for laboratory/research use. No partial bids will be considered. Equivalent items must demonstrate compatibility and equivalent/superior performance with supporting documentation.
