Failure to submit proof for claimed specific goals means those points are not awarded. The organ of state may require substantiation of any claim at any time.

Items: 4 x Seel Platform Soft Brooms, 300mm length, black (2 for Barn, 2 for Main Stage) — soft bristles essential; 4 x 1.2m Industrial Fan Mops with wooden handle (2 for Barn, 2 for Main Stage); 2 x 20 litre Black Matt finish water paint — matt finish essential; 4 x Paint brush rollers; 2 x Paint trays; 30 x 2x1 Masonite sheets for Barn stage area flooring.

Pricing schedule requires unit price and total price columns. Price must be VAT-inclusive (VAT shown separately if registered), include delivery, be broken down per item, and remain valid for 90 days. Bidder must confirm whether price is firm (Yes/No), whether delivery is firm (Yes/No), and whether the offer is strictly to specification (if not, state deviation). No prepayment or upfront payment will be made. Total price inclusive/exclusive of VAT to be shown.
