The design, manufacture, assembly and/or integration, testing at works and/or site, training of ESKOM personnel, quality assurance, supply, delivery, offloading at ESKOM sites or warehouses and if required, erection, commissioning and decommissioning of switch mode chargers, 30v tripper chargers, dc/dc converters and inverters, accessories and its ancillary equipment on an "as and when require" basis for distribution for a period of five (5) years

Design, manufacture, factory acceptance testing, delivery, installation, commissioning and site acceptance testing of the inverters, and the decommissioning and removal of the existing inverters at ankerlig and gourikwa power stations

Design manufacture, supply, testing, commissioning, decommissioning, installation, training, delivery and offloading of estimated quantities of valve regulated lead acid batteries on an “as and when” required basis
