• Bids must be delivered in person to the sanparks bid box at 643 leyds street, muckleneuk, pretoria (main gate – tender box); electronic or emailed submissions are not accepted. • All bids must be on the official sanparks forms – do not re‑type the forms. • Complete all forms in black ink, sign where required and include all returnable documents listed in the document checklist (sbd 1, sbd 3.1 Pricing schedule, sbd 4 disclosure, sbd 6.1 Preference points claim, b‑bee certificate, csd registration proof, company registration, proof of capacity, credit facility evidence, staff cvs, etc.). • The bid closing date is 17 march 2026 at 11:00 AM. late bids will be rejected and any bidder joining the compulsory virtual clarification meeting after 11:00 AM will be disqualified. • A compulsory virtual clarification meeting is on 24 february 2026 at 11:00 AM (registration opens at 10:00 AM) via microsoft teams – attendance is recorded and mandatory. • Bids remain valid for a minimum of 180 days from the closing date; all pricing must be firm for that period. • Failure to provide any of the required documents or to comply with the submission instructions may result in automatic disqualification.

Provide the following returnable documents with the quotation: - qms manual or equivalent document describing the quality management system and its scope. - Approved quality policy (signed by top management). - Approved quality objectives (signed by top management). - Evidence of control of documented information (records, document control procedures) as per iso 9001:2015 clauses 7.5, 8.7, 10.2, 9.2. - Organisation chart and responsibility matrix showing quality management roles (iso 9001 clause 5.3). - Documentation of control of externally provided processes/products/services, including evaluation, selection, performance monitoring and re‑evaluation criteria (iso 9001 clause 8.4). - Draft contract quality plan (iso 10005) specific to the scope of work. - Quality control plan/checklist/itp as per the scope of works (iso 10005) – if applicable. - Completed and signed form a (user‑defined additional requirement). All documents must be submitted together with the quotation; failure to provide any listed item may lead to disqualification.

• Deliver uniform and equipment packs within 40 working days of receiving a purchase order. • Packs must be pre‑packed, fitted to each person and include all printing, set‑up and packaging costs. • Artwork must be approved by the project manager before any order is confirmed. • Fabric colour and design must follow the approved specifications. • Provide uv and chlorine resistance certificates for all clothing/equipment that will enter the water. • Size‑measurement sessions must be conducted on‑site; tenderer must attend to take measurements and issue the garments. • Size range: extra small to 5 × extra large (final sizes confirmed at measurement session). • All water‑entering equipment must have buoyancy as per manufacturer specifications. • Include pictures, manufacturer specifications and a separate annexure for each garment/equipment item. • Submit written proof from the manufacturer that each item complies with the technical specifications. • Provide a hydro‑test certificate for the portable medical oxygen cylinder on delivery. • Returnable documents: valid csd registration, tax compliance pin or proof, municipal service charge statement/lease, and any other documents listed in the compulsory returnable checklist. • Disqualification risk: failure to provide any of the above documents or to meet the 40‑day delivery requirement.
