• Submit the quotation by email only to [email protected] – Any other address will be rejected. • All files must be attached to the email; total size per email must not exceed 10 mb (multiple emails allowed). • Include the completed sbd 4 and sbd 6.1 Forms with the quotation. • Attach a valid b‑bbee certificate or affidavit. • Indicate iso 9001:2015 certification status (yes/no). • Provide at least three reference letters for previous organisational climate survey/360‑degree assessments. • Quotation must be valid for 60 working days from the closing date. • Prices must be firm, exclusive of VAT, with VAT shown as a separate line item. • Late submissions (after 17:00 on 16 january 2026) will be disqualified. • Failure to include any mandatory returnable document will result in disqualification.

Returnable documents: audited financial statements for the past two (2) years. Submitted with quotation. Suppliers who comply with the above requirements will be considered for further evaluation.

• Submit one original set of bid documents for contract signing, plus electronic copies via email to the nrf ([email protected]). • Use the official bid forms (sbd 1, sbd 3.2, Sbd 4, sbd 6.1, Etc.); Do not re‑type the forms. • Include all mandatory returnable documents listed in the returnable documents checklist (procurement invitation, signed bid submission certificate, proof of authority, csd registration, b‑bbee certificate/affidavit, etc.). • Failure to provide any mandatory document will result in disqualification. • Bids must be delivered by the stipulated deadline; late submissions are not accepted. • Two‑envelope system is not used for this RFQ. • validity period of the bid is 90 days from the closing date. • All pages must be bound and signed as required.
