• Scope: Acquisition of Wide Area Network (WAN) and Remote Connection (Access Point Name) services for Nkangala District Municipality.
• Contract duration: 36 months.
• The successful bidder will be required to fill in and sign a written contract form (MBD7).
• Verification of professional membership, qualifications of proposed project personnel, and previous company experience may be conducted.
• Proof of valid ECNS/ECS license with ICASA is required (FORM M).
• Professional indemnity insurance is required (FORM N).

• Verification of professional membership of firm/project personnel may be conducted.
• Vetting of qualifications of proposed project personnel may be conducted.
• Verification of proof of previous company experience may be conducted.
• FORM P (Proposed Key Personnel) and FORM Q (Schedule of Previous Experience) are required returnables.

• Submit financial references (FORM H) with a bank letter not older than 3 months confirming account details.
• Failure to provide the bank letter renders the tender unresponsive.
• For joint ventures, banking details of all members must be provided.
• Pricing format: Total bid price must be included in the bid submission.
• No specific payment terms, bonds, or guarantees are detailed in the provided document.

• POPI compliance: FORM C POPI Notice and Consent Form must be completed, authorising information sharing for verification purposes (e.g., CIPC, SARS, CIDB).
• Proof of valid ECNS/ECS license with ICASA (FORM M) required.

• Municipal utility account (not older than 3 months) required (FORM I).

• The successful bidder must sign a written contract form (MBD7).
• Information may be shared for verification purposes with CIPC, SARS, financial institutions, Department of Labour, CIDB, and others as per POPI consent.
• Wilful misrepresentation in returnable documents can lead to contract termination under condition 8.4.
• For consortia/joint ventures: joint and several liability applies; termination requires 30 days written notice; no cession/assignment without consent; domicilium address must be provided.

• Declare that the bidder and/or directors do not owe any municipality or municipal entity any amount in arrears for more than three months.
