Project team: The team must include an Engagement Lead (CA(SA) or AG(SA) with 7+ years' public-sector experience), a GRAP Technical Lead, a Grants/Contract Management Specialist, and support staff; substitution of key personnel requires prior merSETA approval.
Pricing: Submit a fixed, all-inclusive price in ZAR (VAT inclusive) linked to the deliverables, plus a supplementary hourly-rate schedule for benchmarking; prices must be valid for at least 60 days from the closing date.
Submission: Email the complete quotation to [email protected] with the RFQ number as the subject, before 15:00 on 06 November 2026; late submissions will not be considered.
