Requires 3 reference letters (<12 months old) on client letterhead with company name, services, contact details, contract period/value, and signed/stamped. Scoring: 0 (no submission), 40 (1 year), 70 (3 years), 90 (4 years), 100 (5+ years). (3) Price and Preference Points: 80/20 system. Price points (max 80) calculated per PPPFA Regulations (2022).
