Services include: compliance with safety/statutory regulations, provision of qualified and competent operators, routine maintenance, fuel (where applicable), insurance of plant and equipment, and prompt response to call-out requests within agreed timeframes. Equipment must meet specified technical standards for 13 categories: 1) Asphalt Milling Machine (e.g., W 1000 C or equivalent, 1,000 mm milling width, 100-250 mm depth, 104-149 kW engine). 2) Skid Steer Loader + Attachments (75 kW engine, 2,400 kg tipping load, attachments: general purpose bucket, pallet fork, hydraulic broom, cold milling, auger, backhoe, grapple bucket, trencher). 3) Asphalt Paver (90-180 kW, 2.5-9 m paving width, 10-300 mm thickness). 4) Steel Drum Smooth Roller (800-1,000 mm drum width, 8-25 kW engine). 5) Pneumatic Tyre Roller (8-15 ton, 75 kW engine, 1,500 mm drum width). 6) 10KL Water Tanker (10,000L capacity, 180 kW engine, 800-1,000 L/min pump). 7) Motor Grader (120-150 kW, 3.6 m blade width, 12-18 ton). 8) TLB (70 kW engine, 7-9 ton, 1.0 m³ loader bucket, 4.2 m digging depth). 9) Front End Loader (120 kW, 10-15 ton, 2.0-3.0 m³ bucket). 10) Double Axle Mechanical Horse and Flatbed Trailer (330-450 HP, 6x4 axle, 30-36 ton payload). 11) 10 Ton Insulated Tipper Truck (150-300 HP, 14,000-18,000 kg GVM, 6-hour temperature retention). 12) Truck-Mounted Slurry Seal/Micro-Surfacing Paver (250 kW engine, 10-12 m³ aggregate hopper, 4 m³ emulsion/water tanks). 13) Jet Patcher (5 m³ aggregate hopper, 1,500L emulsion tank, 55-80 HP auxiliary engine).
