• Complete and sign the Form of Offer and Acceptance (Part C1.1) including all required signatures, witness details and the total price (VAT‑exclusive and VAT‑inclusive).

Deliverables:

• 16 DSE 890 MKII 4G gateways, 16 4G LTE/GPS antennas and 16 USB cables.
• Installation at 16 specified generator locations (substations 21 Left/Right, 03 Left/Right, 15/33, mobile generator, Super South gate, New L‑band, New Ops, Safair, Golf, Substations 10, 11 (x2), 15, 2, 1 (x2)).
• Contractor’s Plan to be submitted within 30 calendar days of the contract date (Clause 21.1).
• Service period of four (4) months from contract signing.
• Risk register must cover site access, business continuity (strikes, weather, staff turnover) and progress against programme (Clause 11.2(14)).

• The contract value is illustrative; actual expenditure is based on activity usage.
• Disbursements are reimbursed at actual cost upon submission of proof of expense.

Pricing:

• Use the Price List/Activity Schedule in Part C2 – submit a lump‑sum price for each activity, VAT‑exclusive, with VAT (15%) shown separately.
• Prices must include all costs: supply, installation, labour, shift/standby allowances, consumables, profit, risk, insurance, etc.
• Payment is made for each activity only when the complete system/unit is finished (as defined in the schedule).
• Assessment date: 15th of each month; payment within 30 days in ZAR.
• Variations measured and priced at the rates in the Activity Schedule; non‑scheduled items require separate agreement.
• Provisional sums and contingencies are to be expended as directed; any unspent amount is deducted from the contract sum.
• All material must be SABS‑approved.
• No mark‑up on third‑party items; costs reimbursed on actual expense with proof.
