Scope: Provision of Reserve Feed Water Tank (RFWT) Balance Main Flow Meter Installation Project at Arnot Power Station for 3 years. Technical requirements: Non-invasive clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeters (IP67+), supporting forward and reverse flow measurement. No pipe cutting or intrusive modifications allowed. Must ensure minimal disruption, pipeline integrity, and bidirectional flow measurement. For ABB DCS integration: Submit ABB OEM Letter, Sales Channel Partner Letter, or Letter of Intent (LOI) from ABB. Verifiable ABB support required for system integrity, OEM compliance, and access to resources (hardware, software, technical support). Evaluation considers Net Present Value, price adjustment factors, exchange rate fluctuations, and risk. Unconditional discounts counted; conditional discounts implemented at payment. Payment terms: Contracts ≤ R50M: 30 days from receipt of undisputed invoice. Contracts > R50M: 60 days from receipt of undisputed invoice.
