Payment terms: Payment is made within 60 days from delivery. The assessment interval is after each delivery and acceptance of spares. Currency: South African Rand. • Contractor must take reasonable measures to prevent pollution or degradation of the environment and minimise and rectify any such harm.
• Waste materials must be stored temporarily in a designated waste area awaiting disposal.
• Materials/objects must not be left unsecured in elevated areas to prevent falling objects.

• A Section 37(2) agreement must be signed and included in the OHS file for evaluation prior to the start of work.
• The OHS department will issue the 37(2) agreement to the project manager/end user for facilitation.
• The contractor is responsible for quality assurance, including recording and archiving all off-site, factory tests and on-site tests.
