Bids must be delivered to the bid box at the entrance of the Training Centre, Department of Water and Sanitation, Construction South, Clanwilliam Dam Site, Old N7 Route (coordinates 32°11'47.99''S, 18°52'34.96''E) by 11:00 on 8 October 2026. Late bids will not be considered.

Phase 3 – Technical Evaluation: Bidders must comply with all technical specifications in Technical Information section 3.2.14. Non-compliance renders the bid non-responsive.

Phase 4 – Preference Points: 80/20 system – maximum 80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals. Specific goals: women ownership (5), disability ownership (5), youth ownership (5), location of enterprise in Northern Cape (2), B-BBEE status level 1-2 QSE/EME (3). Points for ownership are calculated pro-rata based on percentage shareholding. • Servicing of 18 mobile toilets from the DWS office in Steinkopf along the pipeline route to the Orange River abstraction facility, approximately 65 km one way.
• Waste (sludge) extraction from the septic tank at the DWS office in Steinkopf – capacity 8000 litres.
• Refer to conditions in clause 3.2 for detailed requirements.
