Duly completed and signed SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form). Source documents required: CIPC registration document, certified ID for Woman/Youth/Black Ownership claims, medical letter for disability claims. Non-submission of source documents results in zero points for specific goals.

Evaluation uses the 80/20 or 90/10 Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022 system. Points are awarded for: (a) Price (80 or 90 points); (b) Specific Goals (20 or 10 points). Specific Goals include: Women Ownership (3-6 points), Youth Ownership (3-6 points), People with Disabilities Ownership (2-4 points), Black People Ownership (2-4 points). The applicable system (80/20 or 90/10) will be determined by the lowest/highest acceptable tender. Failure to submit proof for specific goals results in zero points for those goals. Tenderers may be required to substantiate claims at any time.

Items required: 10 KG Brown Sugar (10 units), 10 KG White Sugar (10 units), Powdered Milk 750g (30 units), Biscuits 2kg (10 units), Rooibos Teabags 160s (20 units), Fresh Milk (10 boxes), Sunlight Liquid Soap 5L (10 units), Jik 5L (5 units), Jacobs Coffee 200g (40 units). Quoted price must be inclusive of VAT and valid for 60 days after closing date.

Quote a total price inclusive of VAT. Price must remain valid for 60 days after the closing date. No other financial requirements (e.g., bonds, guarantees) are specified.
