• Scope: Provide external security services at the Eiland Holiday Resort, Plot 460, Olyfenhoutsdrift Settlement.
• Required services:

• Protecting and safeguarding property through guard and patrol.
• Providing a reactive/response service for safeguarding property.
• Ensuring order and safety on premises used for recreational/entertainment purposes, including access control.
• Managing, controlling, and supervising the rendering of the above services.

• Staffing requirement: 4 guards per 12-hour shift (3 to patrol, 1 at the gate).
• The municipality takes no responsibility for injury or harm to security officers.
• The service provider is held responsible for costs of any damage or loss to the property.
• Municipal Protection Services will conduct weekly visits to confirm adherence; any identified damages/losses must be reimbursed within 14 days.
