• Provide the required fleet: 5 × 65‑seat buses, 1 × 32‑seat bus, 2 × 16‑seat minibuses (minimum 389 seats) plus an additional 55‑seat standby bus for breakdowns. • Submit certified copies of: – valid road‑worthy certificates for all vehicles – valid licence discs and driver’s licences with pdp for every driver – proof of insurance covering both the buses and passengers – proof of ownership (or joint‑venture ownership) for all vehicles • include a management/operational plan covering custodial services, supervisory structure and maintenance model. • Provide a hygiene plan and OHS safety file approved by a health‑and‑safety practitioner. • Disqualification risk: failure to provide any of the above certified documents or to meet the minimum fleet capacity.
