Evaluation is based on functionality, price, and B-BBEE. The 80/20 preference point system applies: 80 points for price (calculated as Ps = (Pmin / Pt)

Supply 20 reels of Metalised (Aluminium) PET tape with the following specifications: thickness 100 µm, width 12mm, non-adhesive, core diameter 76mm, and length per reel 480m. Include a datasheet for the product with your quotation.

Complete the pricing schedule in ZAR, inclusive of VAT. Include: price per unit (or equivalent), quantity (20 reels), total price per unit (incl. VAT), delivery fee to iThemba LABS, and total amount (VAT inclusive). Prices must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date.

Pricing must be in ZAR, inclusive of VAT, and firm for 60 days from the closing date. Complete the pricing schedule with: price per unit (or equivalent), quantity (20 reels), total price per unit (incl. VAT), delivery fee to iThemba LABS, and total amount (VAT inclusive). Payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice receipt. For advance payments, a payment guarantee approved by iThemba Labs Finance is required. If proposing shorter payment terms (e.g., 7 or 14 days from delivery), mutually agree on this with iThemba LABS at the time of submitting your pricing proposal and provide a Payment Guarantee to mitigate risks. Clearly indicate a firm delivery period in your quotation.
