Required online tools and digital platforms: 1) Web Architecture & Planning Infrastructure: - Relume (Professional Tier or equivalent): React-based information architecture and content planning environment for structured site maps, wireframes, component systems, and data schemas. - Figma (Professional Tier or equivalent): Collaborative UI/UX design and prototyping platform for high-fidelity interface design, interactive prototyping, and stakeholder review workflows. - Sanity (Growth Tier or equivalent): Headless CMS supporting API-first content delivery, structured content modelling, role-based permissions, and frontend/backend decoupling. - Webflow (CMS Tier or equivalent): Visual CMS-enabled web deployment platform for responsive frontend publishing, dynamic collections, SEO configuration, and rapid iteration. - Claude (Professional Tier or equivalent): No-code/low-code assisted software development environment for rapid prototyping, code generation, workflow automation, and iterative deployment. 2) Generative AI Creative Suite: - Higgsfield or equivalent: Centralized generative media workspace integrating ≥30 top-tier generative AI models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Flux, Veo). Must support unified prompt orchestration, model switching, image generation, and high-fidelity video generation workflows. - OpenArt (Advanced Tier): Aggregate image generation platform with access to multiple generative models, advanced prompting, style transfer, upscaling, and production-ready synthesis. - Midjourney (Professional Tier or equivalent): Standalone image generation service for high-quality concept generation, stylistic rendering, and photorealistic synthesis. - Love Art (Pro or equivalent): Automated illustration and creative asset generation platform for scalable workflows, batch generation, and commercial production. - Video Generation: Must support high-fidelity AI video with granular control over motion, cinematic composition, style consistency, camera behaviour, and temporal coherence. 3) Digital Asset Requirements: - 15 unique high-fidelity MetaHuman Identity Assets or equivalent, compatible with Unreal Engine, Unity, Autodesk Maya, and equivalent platforms. - Assets must include high-resolution texture maps: Albedo/Base Color, Displacement, Roughness, Normal Maps, and Subsurface Scattering data for hyper-realistic rendering. 4) Licensing & Ownership: - All software, cloud services, platform licenses, and digital assets must be registered in the name of Iziko Museums of South Africa. - Must include administrative ownership and credential transfer rights to Iziko. - Ensure continuity of data ownership, project access, and service portability. - Include all applicable commercial usage rights for institutional, exhibition, educational, and public-facing deployment.

Pricing must be stated in South African Rand (inclusive of VAT). Requirements: - Provide a detailed pricing schedule including VAT, import taxes (if applicable), transport, installation, and any other costs. - Factor in exchange rate volatility for the 60-day validity period—no price variations allowed after award. - Payment is based on delivery and installation of all elements. - Formal quotation must include all applicable costs with no post-award adjustments. - Quotations must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date.

Mandatory documents: - Central Supplier Database (CSD) report with supplier number and company details (www.csd.gov.za). - Tax Status Verification PIN with tax registration number. - Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for exempt micro-enterprises). - Completed SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form).
