Full depletion bias voltage: +50V, maximum bias voltage: +60V. Batch chip thickness: 303 µm, batch bulk resistivity: 7000 Ω-cm. Quantity: 3 detectors. Include delivery charges in pricing.

Pricing must be valid for 60 days from RFQ closing date, firm, and inclusive of VAT. Payment terms: 30 days from invoice receipt date (as a Schedule 3A public entity). For advance payments: submit a payment guarantee approved by iThemba Labs Finance. Shorter payment terms (e.g., 7/14 days from delivery) may be negotiated but require a Payment Guarantee to mitigate risks. Pricing schedule must include: model, quantity, price per unit (VAT incl.), total (VAT incl.), and delivery charges. Indicate a firm delivery period.

Mandatory: Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) (www.csd.gov.za) – bids from unregistered suppliers will not be considered.
