Scope: Manufacture, supply, delivery, and management of precast concrete VIP toilet top structures for 3 years (panel validity).\n\nDeliverables:\n- Lightweight precast concrete superstructure (roof, side/back slabs, floor slab with pedestal hole, desludging slab).\n- Minimum specifications:\n

• Floor slab: 1500mm x 1500mm, pit volume ≥3m³.\n
• Internal dimensions: 1100mm (L) x 900mm (W).\n
• Door: 0.8mm galvanised steel, outward-opening, dual locking (inside/outside), padlock-compatible, negligible bottom gap.\n
• Ventilation: 100mm PVC vent pipe with fly screen, ≥2 air vents, door gap for airflow.\n
• Pedestal: Plastic seat with adult/child lid.\n
• Handwash facility: Robust, refillable, repairable, installed outside.\n
• Toilet paper holder: Securely installed inside.\n
• No zinc/corrugated steel allowed.\n\nCapacity/Standards:\n- Manufacturing plant: Must produce ~1000 toilets/month/facility, comply with OHS Act, and include a depot for storage within Joe Gqabi District.\n- Standards: SABS 1200 (AA, AB, C, DA, GA, GE, GF), SANS/ISO certification for all materials (markings required).\n\nService Levels:\n- Delivery: Weekly bulk deliveries to sites; off-loading by supplier; delivery notes signed by Project Steering Committee.\n- Management: Monitor pits, lining, and assembly; facilitate acceptance certificates; number all toilets; submit monthly stock reports.\n- Training: Provide tools and training for installation/dismantling to contractors/community members.\n- OHS: Develop OHS plan, conduct monthly audits, submit reports, attend site meetings.\n- Local Development: Create jobs/skills development; partner with local SMMEs for delivery/services.

Pricing: Submit total bid price in the prescribed format (MBD1 Part B).
