Submit tenders using the official Nquthu Municipality tender document (non-transferable). Clearly mark the envelope with the tender name and number. Late submissions will not be accepted. Purchase tender documents from the Cashiers’ Office, Nquthu Municipal Offices, 83/11 Mdlalose Street, Nquthu, during office hours: Monday-Thursday 08h00-15h30, Friday 08h00-14h30. Cost: non-refundable R460.00 per document. Submit completed tenders to the offices of Nquthu Municipality by the closing date and time.

80/20 scoring system: 80 points for price (lowest acceptable quotation scores highest), 20 points for specific goals. Specific goals: (1) Ownership: 10 points for >50% black-owned business, 5 points for <50%. (2) Location: 10 points for enterprises in Nquthu Municipal area, 6 for Umzinyathi District Municipality, 3 for KwaZulu-Natal province, 1 for other provinces. Required proof: ID copies of Directors, CSD registration, municipal accounts/affidavit, or proof of residence signed by Ward Councillor.

Scope: Provision of conveyancing services for the transfer of RDP properties to beneficiaries in Phase 1 and Phase 2. The service provider must handle all legal and administrative processes required for the transfer of property titles to designated beneficiaries, including compliance with municipal and regulatory requirements.

Mandatory: Valid CSD registration. B-BBEE: Submit ID copies of Directors and proof of B-BBEE status (affidavit or certificate). Local content: Provide proof of enterprise location (municipal accounts, affidavit, or residence proof signed by Ward Councillor) to qualify for RDP preference points. All returnable documents must be included with the tender submission.
