Ohsc asset disposal: purchase of unused and obsolete office equipment and furniture

Assets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure purchase: pay the full amount via EFT or direct deposit to the OHSC’s designated bank account, using the asset number and your full name as reference. Submit proof of payment to OHSC for verification. Assets are released only after payment clearance. Seller may withdraw any asset before payment. Purchased assets must be collected within OHSC’s specified period; failure may result in forfeiture. Purchaser bears all costs for loading, transport, licensing, registration, or removal. OHSC is not liable for loss, damage, or injury after collection. Payment confirms acceptance of terms.

Scope: Purchase of identified unused and obsolete assets from OHSC. Assets include office furniture (desks, chairs, cupboards, credenzas, filing cabinets), equipment (multi-functional devices, microwaves, binders), and miscellaneous items (whiteboards, banners, tender boxes). Full list with descriptions, barcodes, and prices is provided in the document. Assets are sold "as is, where is" with no warranties or guarantees on condition, functionality, or suitability.

Payment must be made in full via direct deposit or EFT to the OHSC’s bank account. No cash payments accepted unless authorized. Use the asset number and your full name as the payment reference.
