All communications must be directed to the Eskom Representative in writing (hand-written, type-written, printed, or electronic) and in English. Clarification requests must be submitted to the Eskom Representative before the closing time for queries. Responses to clarifications will be published on the Eskom Tender Bulletin and NT e-Tender Portal. Tenderers must regularly check these portals for updates.

Submit the complete original tender plus one (1) hard copy (and possibly one soft copy if required) to the address, tender box, facsimile number, or email specified in the Tender Data by the deadline. Late submissions are not accepted. Proof of posting or courier delivery is not accepted as proof of delivery. Tenders may not be submitted telephonically or by email unless explicitly stated in the Tender Data. All submissions must be in English, signed in ink, and sealed as follows: inner packages marked 'ORIGINAL' and 'COPY' with Eskom address, tender number, and tenderer details; outer package marked 'CONFIDENTIAL' with only Eskom address and tender number. Do not use pencil, correction fluid, or tape. All alterations must be initialed by all signatories.
