The evaluation follows a two-stage process: Stage 1 (Administrative compliance) and Stage 2 (Price and Specific Goals). Price is weighted at 80 points and SANAS specific goals at 20 points. Specific goals include points for black-owned businesses (up to 6), black women-owned businesses (up to 6), youth-owned (2), disability-owned (1), EMEs (5), and QSEs (3).

The project involves a technical review of the virtualization and directory services environment. Key deliverables include: 1. Confirming Hyper-V cluster configuration alignment with best practices. 2. Identifying and documenting AD metadata inconsistencies and orphaned objects. 3. Providing a remediation plan. 4. Repurposing two legacy physical servers into Hyper-V hosts for Dev/QA. 5. Configuring core switching (VLAN/tagging) and firewall assistance. 6. Providing As-built documentation.

All quotes must be in Rand value and inclusive of VAT. Prices must be firm. Payment terms are 30 working days after receipt of a valid invoice. Annexure A (Pricing Schedule) must be completed in full.
