Guards/Compliment per site: Less than 2 guards (4 including relievers) = 0 points; 2–4 guards (4–8 including relievers) = 20 points; >4 guards (8 including relievers) = 25 points.
24-hour operation = 10 points.

Active telephone (dial-in/out) = 10 points.
Active occurrence book = 10 points.
Mounted firearm safe = 20 points.
