Companies must be registered entities in South Africa. • Prices quoted must be firm and valid for the duration of the order. If prices depend on exchange rates, factor in escalations.
• Stats SA will not provide upfront payment. Payment will be made within 30 days after receipt of goods/services and a valid invoice.
• Market-related prices may be negotiated with the preferred service provider.

• You must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Required documents include: a valid Tax Clearance Certificate (e-filing copy), certified copy of ID (not older than 6 months), original or certified copy of company registration (CIPC), original or certified copy of BBBEE certificate, and where applicable, OEM certification documents.
• Proof of equity ownership (e.g., CSD report) is needed to claim Specific Goals points for race, women, disability, and youth.
